· THE BUILDING: the manufacturing plant covers a total surface of about 5,000 square metres, built on a ground of about 25,000 sq. m. The Cellars has been realized in laminated wood with a highly distinctive curved copper roof.
· THE OFFICES: the building hosting the offices is separated from wine-making and bottling stages and flows along with the forms and materials of the traditional houses of Langhe landscape. The last floor hosts an auditorium, where meetings and conventions or tastings are held: here the panoramic view above Langhe hills and the details of the wooden ceiling are spectacular.
· THE BARRIQUES REFINING HALL: pride of the company is this hall where the wines mature in a carefully created air-conditioning system (temperature and humidity are always under control). A total surface of 1,200 sq. m. can give hospitality to 3,000 oak barrels.
· THE CELLARAGE: on a surface of 1,200 square metres are held the pressurized steel tanks which are warm-conditioned: the temperature can always be controlled automatically during all fermentation processes. · THE BOTTLING CENTRE: 600 sq. m. for a bottling system conceived with the aim of obtaining the highest hygienic-sanitary level and the highest level of quality control. · THE COLD STORE: 1,500 sq. m. to host the bottles at a temperature of about 15° C. in order to protect the typical character of the wine.
· THE LABORATORY: to accomplish to the self control system of the quality (HACCP)
