· After the great success of Barbera d’Asti Superiore La Luna e i Falò, the company concentrates on other programmes to produce wines of high quality in big quantity and with a good quality price relationship.
· Important results come from some vineyards of Nebbiolo cultivated in the heart of Roero (the so-called area on the left of Tanaro river) to obtain Langhe Nebbiolo La Malora.
. The latest novelty is Barolo Essenze, a Barolo blend of the finest pedigree. In 2001 we started producing small lots of cru-grown Barolos from prestigious vineyards, in particular from La Volta in Barolo, Ravera in Novello, Scarrone in Castiglione Falletto, Bussia in Monforte, Gianetto in Serralunga, and Annunziata in La Morra.
· The Project Piemonte Moscato Passito, started in 1998, has involved more and more wine growers. This witnesses the big success and interest for late harvest and super-ripen moscato wines.
· Great success come from though from our "SuperAsti". Terre Da Vino continues making research about the over-ripening of Moscato grape, in particular about the evolution of the aromas, in order to prolong the maturation process. These grape can give high quality musts with a high sugar content to which is not necessary to add any sucrose for the second fermentation, and which also have a high concentration of aromas typical of the Moscato grape variety when fully ripen. The result is a real "SuperAsti"!
· From the vintage '99 started the production of Monferrato Bianco "Tra Donne Sole", from Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. The final blending acquires the best balance between the flavour of Sauvignon and the structure of Chardonnay.
