The philosophy of this Project is the selction of some vineyards which are cultivated with low yields and which for the type of soil, exposure and vine density are suitable to get the grapes with the best characteristics.

In 2007 are involved more than 70 hectares in the Project only to produce our Barbera Asti "La Luna e i Falò".

Work starts in the vineyard with the cooperation of the vine growers: low yields to produce about 4-5 tons pro hectare, reductions in chemical treatments, late harvesting to allow the grapes to ripen fully.
