Average yield: 60 hl/hectare Alcohol: 5.0 % vol. Residual sugar: 140 gr/l ± 10 Total acidity: 6.50 gr/l ± 0.5 Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C. Vineyard location and profile: The La Gatta area is located in the comune of Calamandrana, a few kilometres from Asti. The vineyards, about 8 hectares (19 acres), have an ideal southeast exposure and are planted on calcareous marl; at an altitude of 200-250 metres, the microclimate is ideal for the perfect ripening of the fruit and, hence, for the production of outstanding wines. Vinification and ageing: After a light pressing, the chilled first-run juice is stored until the development of effervescence in pressure tanks and subsequent bottling. The process produces a wine that is always fresh and lively, with rich aromas and classic varietal character. Sensory Profile Colour: Straw yellow or light gold, with green edges. Bouquet: Distinctive, very aromatic with scents of fresh fruit. Palate: Sweet, with a supple, delicate structure, long-lasting mousse, and a finish redolent of muscat fruit.
Average yield: 50 hl/hectare Alcohol: 7.5 % vol. Residual sugar: 100 gr/l ± 10 Total acidity: 6.50 gr/l ± 0,50 Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C. Vineyard location and profile: This wonderful sparkling wine by us denominated “SuperAsti” comes from remarkable vineyards in the Monti Furchi district in the comune of Nizza Monferrato (AT). These outstanding low-yield vineyards, with excellent inclination and sun exposure, are cultivated specifically to bring their grapes to super-ripeness. Drawn on our long experience with producing Moscato Passito and on our mastery in attaining high degrees of sugar ripeness, we decided to make a high-quality, naturally-sparkling spumante without the usual addition of sucrose. Vinification and ageing: After a brief cold maceration and light pressing, the must is kept chilled until the onset of fermentation and of natural effervescence (no added sucrose). This low-temperature fermentation proceeds very slowly, in order to produce a dense froth of tiny bubbles, a rich concentration of flavours, with the unmistakable moscato varietal character that only the ripest of grapes can deliver. Sensory Profile Colour: Green-tinged straw- or light gold-yellow. Bouquet: Richly fragrant, delicate, with classic muscat notes. Palate: Velvety sweetness, complex flavours redolent of the muscat grape, with a long-lasting cascade of fine bubbles.
Average yield: 55 hl/hectare Alcohol: 6.5 % vol. Residual sugar: 110 gr/l ± 10 Total acidity: 6.70 gr/l ± 0.5 Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C. Vineyard location and profile: Grapes are sourced from the Tenuta “Conte di Gropello” at Cassine (AL), in the heart of the traditional zone. The area comprises some 60 hectares (148 acres) which have been cultivated to grapes since 1500. For several decades now, much effort has gone into the raising of aromatic grapes since the local conditions are ideal for this. Vinification and ageing: After a brief cold maceration and light pressing, the must is held chilled until the production of effervescence in pressure tanks at ca. 15oC. The result is an outstanding sparkling wine displaying rich aromas, in a classic style with great varietal characteristics. Sensory Profile Colour: Light ruby red. Bouquet: Full but delicate aromas, with scents of fresh fruit and rose-petals. Palate: Sweet, with a velvety smoothness, and a graceful, long-lasting bead of tiny bubbles. Grape varieties:
100%
chardonnay Average yield: 60 hl/hectare Alcohol: 12.0 % vol. Residual sugar: 10 gr/l ± 0,2 Total acidity: 6.0 gr/l ± 0.5 Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C. Vineyard location and profile: The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Alto Monferrato, specifically from some estates in the Vallerenza area of the comune of Ricaldone (AL), where they enjoy ideal exposure. Vinification and ageing: After a light pressing, the must is held chilled until the production of effervescence in pressure tanks at ca. 15oC. Then follows a six-month stay on the lees, designed to develop the sparkling wine’s complexity and good structure. Sensory Profile Colour: Deep straw yellow. Bouquet: Quite intense and complex, laced with scents of ripe fruit. Palate: Clean and dry, velvet-textured and well balanced, with delicate vein of fruit. Grape varieties: 100%

location and profile:
The pinot noir vineyards that yield our Pinot Nero Molinera are cultivated
near the area called Molinera in the commune of Nizza Monferrato. The
magnificent vineyards lie within the natural frame of the Valle del Bembo, in
the Monferrato area. Winemaking
and ageing:
After a gentle pressing, the free-run must is stored at low
temperatures until it is given effervescence in pressurised fermenters at about
15oC. It then matures on the lees for 9 months. This process yields
an elegant, lightly sparkling wine that releases subtle nuances of crusted bread
and boasts a harmonious structure that enables it to complement a wide range of
dishes. Sensory Profile Colour:
