The secret behind a great distillate is simple: traditional steam, discontinuous distillation of fresh marc from excellent quality grapes. For this reason, with the grapes selected from our farms we have obtained wines and subsequently great aquavits which we present in plain but elegant packages, with labels denoting the name of the vineyards of origin.
